The Department of Education published a “Dear Colleague Letter” that provides guidance on the 100% Certification Rule clarifying that students enrolled in GE programs as of June 30, 2024 will be eligible to continue to receive their current federal student aid awards until their completion, transfer, or withdrawal from their respective program.
