Quarterly Partner Expos
Held during NACCAS workshops, AACS Partners at the Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels receive a tabletop exhibit (including 2 exhibitor registrations) to interact with attendees at each of the quarterly NACCAS workshop events. Partners at the Bronze level and below have the option to purchase a tabletop exhibit at these events, if space allows. Please contact Director of Events & Education, Kimber Nation, at kimber@myaacs.org to inquire about availability. Partners can use the resources listed below to help plan their exhibitor space and logistics.

If you are shipping to the hotel, plan your delivery for no more than three working days prior to the show.
- Materials delivered to the hotel will be charge a handling fee of $30/100 lbs. with a minimum fee of $30. This includes returning any outbound boxes back to the loading dock for pick up.
- Boxes will be delivered to your table at the beginning of exhibitor set-up on Friday, December 5.
- Outgoing boxes will be picked up from your table after move-out is completed on Monday, December 8. Your boxes must be labeled, and you must schedule your pick-up with your carrier (UPS or Fed-Ex).
