 Please DO NOT make room reservations for the 2025 AACS Career Educators Alliance (CEA) Conference or share any personal or payment information, especially credit card details, with anyone who calls, emails, or otherwise contacts you and represents themselves as agents of AACS or offers lower room rates at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. The ONLY legitimate way to reserve your room at the Conference hotel is by using the AACS official booking link (which is also linked on the AACS CEA Conference webpage, myaacs.org/cea-conference).

Companies may contact you indicating that they are affiliated with AACS or the CEA Conference and claim to offer hotels at reduced rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with AACS, and we strongly recommend that you DO NOT use their services. At past events, exhibitors and attendees have used these companies and lost deposits or did not receive the hotel rooms they reserved.
