2026 N.F. Cimaglia Educator of the Year Award to California Educator Lynnette Garrett
Recipient Recognized for Outstanding Commitment to Beauty and Wellness Education
Independence, KY – July 19, 2026 — Milady, a leader in beauty and wellness education, and the American Association of Career Schools (AACS) are proud to announce Lynnette Garrett as the recipient of the 2026 N.F. Cimaglia Educator of the Year Award.
Based in Bakersfield, CA, Lynnette is an educator at Milan Institute Bakersfield, where she helps students grow in confidence, strengthen their technical skills, and prepare for meaningful careers in the beauty and wellness industry. A two-time Milan graduate in Massage Therapy and Esthetics, Lynnette brings a deep personal connection to her school and a passion for giving back to the community that helped shape her own career.
This prestigious award, presented at the 2026 CEA Conference, recognizes an educator who has gone above and beyond in raising professional standards and advancing beauty and wellness education. Lynnette’s student-centered approach, creative classroom experiences, and commitment to mentorship reflect the heart of the N.F. Cimaglia Educator of the Year Award.
