Request to Delay Gainful Employment Rule Denied

Request to Delay Gainful Employment Rule Denied

Today, the judge in the two Gainful Employment complaints denied the preliminary injunction requested by the plaintiffs in the Ogle School Management v. U.S. Department of Education case challenging the Gainful Employment Rule enacted by the Biden Department of Education. Judge Reed O’Connor in the denial concluded that the plaintiffs did not “meet their burden to justify an extraordinary remedy of injunctive relief at this stage.”

The AACS legal team is reviewing the full ruling and will be updating the membership as soon as possible.
